Receptionist - Sales


The entry level Sales Associate / Receptionist will support the sales operations by preparing sales correspondence and completing special sales projects. The Sales Associate/ Receptionist will be the first impression of the company and will need to be courteous, professional demeanor and have excellent communication skills.  The individual will welcome visitors, potential customers, and customers by greeting and referring them to the appropriate person.  Duties include but are not limited to:

 Answer incoming phone calls / greeting guests /Excellent CRS

  • Daily filing, receiving and distribution of mail
  • Assist outside sales with customer related opportunities and issues
  • Complete customer service activities as assigned
  • Data Entry assistance for Sales Department
  • Assisting Executive Board
  • Check and route general inbox voice mails
  • Keeping office and break room supplies stocked
  • Daily out of office errands / coordination of luncheon meetings


  • Some college or college degree
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Desirable knowledge of Macola and Sales Force
  • Detail oriented, organized, ability to prioritize, self-starter
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Reception/Front Office and Sales experience
  • Experience in the Manufacturing or Staffing industry is a plus
  • Bilingual with proper Spanish (read, write and speak)
