Large Corporation in Irvine is seeking sharp, motivated, high energy Administrative /Receptionist/Sales to join our team. We are looking for someone with a diverse scope of talents to help in our fast paced company. The ideal candidate will be one who is looking for a challenge as well as unlimited opportunity to grow.

  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Human resources functions such as, recruitment, payroll and incentive programs
    • Organizing and planning company events
    • Attending and taking notes at company meetings• Aiding in the completion of all goals, tasks, and assignments
    • Assisting Sales Department and participate in special projects and performs other duties, as assigned
  • Knowledge and Skill Requirements
    • Positive, friendly, upbeat attitude
    • Professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Self starter with ability to organize own work, initiate improvements and multitask
    • Familiarity with business protocols and strong workplace judgment and discretion
